How long does it typically take to launch my first campaign?
Campaigns typically go live within 4 weeks of contract signing. Your dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) will be in touch within 24 hours to guide you through onboarding, key touchpoints, and dependencies. This period includes completing all technical setup and aligning on strategy.
How does the Sopro email cadence work and when can I expect to see a consistent volume of leads delivered?
Campaigns follow a phased 4-week ramp-up period. In week one, we begin with initial outreach emails. From week two, follow-up emails are gradually introduced (typically up to an additional three per contact) to engage non-responders. This measured approach protects email deliverability by steadily increasing send volumes and allows us to closely monitor performance and optimise early. As a result we expect to see lead volume gradually increase throughout this period.
What are indirect leads and how are they mapped?
An Indirect Lead is a lead that results from Sopro’s outbound activity but doesn’t respond directly to an email or message. Instead, they may take other actions—like submitting a website form, calling directly, or being referred internally within their company—after being influenced by outreach.
We use CRM integration to match new leads or deals against existing outbound activity. If a correlation is found (by company or prospect, within a defined timeframe), the lead is attributed as indirect. These leads are then incorporated into campaign reporting to provide a more complete view of performance and influence.
